I offer individual therapy for children (ages 5+), teens, and adults.

Individual therapy is a space entirely devoted to you: your story, your emotions, and your lived experiences. My role is to listen with care, hold space without judgment, and walk alongside you in a collaborative, empowering process.

I work from a trauma-informed and intersectional lens. This means I recognize how identity, environment, oppression, and past experiences shape the ways we think, feel, and move through the world. Together, we’ll explore how your history has influenced your thinking/behavioral patterns, relationships, and sense of self.

A core part of my approach is centered on the therapeutic relationship. Research consistently shows that the quality of the relationship between therapist and client is one of the strongest predictors of healing and progress. Because of this, I prioritize building trust, safety, and genuine connection as the foundation of our work together.

As our therapeutic connection grows, I’ll support you in building grounding and regulation skills, creating + enforcing boundaries, and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have gone quiet in the effort to survive.

My hope is that our work together offers you a safe space where you feel grounded, understood, and supported in moving toward a life that feels more authentic to you and aligned with your values.
